Our parcels are flown to Beijing or Guanzhou, from where they are transported by truck to the distribution sites in each city.
This means that very long delays in delivery are to be expected throughout the country (3 to 6 weeks).
In addition, no shipments can be delivered to postal codes beginning with 20.

03/15/2022 - DISRUPTIONS IN SPAIN
Since Monday 14 March 2022, an unlimited national strike of transporters has started in Spain. This situation directly impacts the processing and delivery of parcels throughout the country.Our transport partners inform us that they are able to maintain delivery services for the time being, but that additional delays are to be expected.
Our teams are monitoring the situation on a daily basis. We will keep you informed of any developments.

The EU Council decided today that all shipments to Russia and Belarus are blocked until further notice. We are suspending all shipments to RUSSIA as of today. If your parcel is already on its way, it will be kept in one of the logistic platforms until the reopening of the services.

Due to the serious geopolitical events in Ukraine, we have decided to temporarily suspend our delivery services to this country. We are closely monitoring this situation and will resume our services as soon as possible.

JAPAN
Due to the resurgence of the Coronavirus, notably the omicron variant, Japan has decided to close its borders. Air traffic could be impacted, as well as the capacity for parcel shipments. Additional delays could be expected for the delivery of your parcels.

MARTINIQUE AND GUADELOUPE
The recent evolution of the situation in Martinique and Guadeloupe forces us to suspend deliveries to these destinations from Monday 29/11/2021. Only our Happy-Post Home Delivery with Tracking and Signature service is affected. The Premium Delivery service is still available but delays are to be expected.
29/11/2021 - Snowy episode France
Following the bad weather conditions which make the traffic difficult in many regions, the collections and deliveries with our partner Chronopost may be disrupted. Regions concerned are: Isère (38), Loire (42), Puy-de-Dôme (63), Rhône (69), Savoie (73) and Haute-Savoie (74).
17/08/2021 - Additional delivery times to be expected
Dear clients,
The Covid 19 crisis continues to impact international deliveries and several countries are retaining or adding protective measures. Air traffic is still disrupted, which affects delivery times. Please find below our latest information regarding the delivery of your packages to the countries specified below:
- Ireland: +1 week min.
- Greece, Lebanon, India, Tunisia, Australia, South Korea, Turkey, Israel: +2 weeks min.
- USA: allow +2 weeks minimum and more specifically to Chicago
- Latin America: allow +2 weeks minimum due to the lack of regional flights
- New Zealand: +3 weeks min.
- China: New anti-Covid 19 measures are in place. Airlines have been forced to cut flights from Europe. Additional delays are to be expected, in particular to Beijing and Shanghai
04/03/2021 - Longer delivery times in Greece
Many delays are noted for deliveries in Greece. The Greek post office is experiencing distribution difficulties impacting all delivery times in the country. If you want a fast delivery, we prefer the Premium Home Delivery or Home Delivery by Chronopost.

Following the bad weather conditions which make the traffic difficult in many regions, the collections and deliveries of your parcels may be disrupted. For collections, the departments concerned are: 38, 73, 21, 25, 39, 70, 89, 90, 22, 29, 35, 56, 28, 41, 45, 10, 52, 54, 55, 57, 67, 68, 88, 77, 78, 91, 95, 14, 50, 61, 53, 72.

In this uncertain sanitary context with numerous reconfigurations and air capacities still impacted, we still cannot guarantee delivery times. That is why during this period, and until further notice, no refunds will be made for late delivery.
