At Happy-Post, you have 3 parcel collection options. On this page, we will explain how one of them works: the Chronopost Drop-off Point collection. We reveal everything!

Reminder of Happy-Post’s process

At Happy-Post, we distinguish between:

  • The Collection phase: from your location to our parcel processing hub.
  • The Delivery phase: from our hub to your recipient.

When you place your order on our website, you must select a combination of services: collection + delivery. Thanks to this, you have access to unique solutions that are available nowhere else!

Parcel rules and handling

If your parcel complies with all the above rules, you can drop it off whenever you like at one of the 22,000 drop-off points of our transport partner, Chronopost. The nearest points to your location will be suggested to you during the sending process on our website.

Parcel tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will be assigned a tracking number starting with 1, which you can find in your Client Area under "My Orders".

After your parcel is processed at our logistics platform, a new international tracking number will be assigned to it. This enables you to track the progress of your parcel through the transport chain on our tracking page.

You can continue to track your parcel even after it leaves France. Simply click the "more info" button on our tracking page, and you will be redirected to the carrier’s page in the destination country.

Processing times

Once received at our platform, your parcel is processed the same day, whether its destination is within France or internationally. It will then be dispatched by the evening or the next day at the latest. Please note that additional fees may apply to some postal codes for the collection or delivery of your parcels.
