At Happy-Post, you have 3 parcel drop-off options. On this page, we’ll explain how one of them works: drop-off at a Mondial Relay Point. Here's everything you need to know!
At Happy-Post, we split your shipment into two stages:
1. Collection – from your home to our parcel processing hub.
2. Delivery – from our hub to your final recipient.
When placing an order on our website, you choose a two-part service: collection + delivery. This flexible approach gives you access to unique shipping solutions not available anywhere else!
What to check before sending:
Prohibited items – Before preparing your parcel, ensure it doesn’t contain any hazardous or forbidden goods.

Parcel drop-off:
If your parcel meets the above requirements, you can drop it off at one of over 22,000 Mondial Relay Points at your convenience. The closest available locations will be suggested during the shipping process on our website.
Before your parcel reaches our logistics hub, you’ll receive a tracking number — this is assigned by Mondial Relay, not Happy-Post.
To track your parcel before it arrives at our platform, please use the Mondial Relay tracking page.
Once your parcel is processed at our logistics centre, a Happy-Post tracking number is assigned. From that moment, you can track the full journey of your parcel on our tracking page.
You can even continue to track your parcel once it leaves France — simply click “More Info” on our tracking page to be redirected to the local carrier’s site in the destination country.
Once received at our logistics hub, your parcel is processed the same day, whether it’s going to a French address or abroad. It is then dispatched either the same evening or the following day.
