Happy-Post : New Image, New Website, New Services and New Ambitions

lentrepriseconnectee.com | November 27, 2019

This year, Happy-Post has launched a new website and a range of new services developed to meet the needs of e-merchants, VSEs and SMEs, including

  • pick-up of parcels from a relay store or at home, followed by the transport of the parcel from the sender to the recipient. All this with multiple delivery solutions.
  • Multi-package handling with the MasterColis solution. In concrete terms, the e-merchant, the VSE or the SME prepares the parcels for its recipients and inserts them in a larger box intended for Happy-Post. He then asks for a Pick Up at home or drops it off at a relay store. Professionals can edit themselves the labels for all their parcels and make only one online payment for the whole service.
  • A careful tracking of the parcel which guarantees traceability and security. The professional is notified step by step of the progress of his parcel: from payment to the collection, i.e. from identification at the hub to its arrival at destination.

This offer is based on the expertise of its founders, IMX France, independent and alternative operator of the Post Office, specialized in the international postal distribution of parcels, press and mailings, and Press'tissimo, specialized actor in the distribution of mails and parcels in Ile-de-France.

An online post office

Stratégies Logistique | November 24, 2011

IMX France and Press'tissimo launch a new solution to send parcels all over Europe by internet via the website happy-post.com.

happy-post.com allows a consumer or a company to send a parcel without going to a post office while benefiting from the best rates. This service was born from a collaboration between IMX and Press'tissimo which took advantage of their long mutual experience in the postal sector in B to B and by surrounding themselves with specialists such as Mondial Relais and Adrexo Colis.
Mondial Relais takes care of the parcels thanks to its network of Relay Points which becomes a drop-off point for the sender. For the home delivery, happy-poste.com works with the specialist of the home delivery Adrexo Colis. Press'tissimo is in charge of the distribution on the Paris area. And for the distribution on all Europe, IMX France takes care of the link with the European post offices or with local private competitors if they are less expensive.

happy-post.com also has a "returns management" application for e-retailers and mail order companies. "Our ambition is not only to bring more comfort and savings to consumers and companies, but also to contribute to the development of the digital economy," says Denis Cayet, founder of IMX France, who wants to be cheaper than national postal services. However, the deadlines and the quality of service are not announced for the moment.

happy-post.com launches its online post office!

ecommercemag.fr | 22 novembre 2011

IMX France and Press'tissimo announce the launch of a new solution for sending parcels throughout Europe via the happy-post.com website.
Sending a parcel has never been so easy and so economical!

Thanks to happy-post.com, a new online postal operator, it is now possible to send a parcel to one's son in Belgium for a private individual or to one of one's customers in France or in Europe for an e-commerce company, without going to a post office, while benefiting from the best rates.

happy-post.com was born from the collaboration of IMX France and Press'tissimo which knew how to develop and implement this innovative solution. Putting their long reciprocal experience in the postal sector in B to B for the benefit of the consumers and by surrounding itself with experts such as Mondial Relay and Adrexo Colis, happy-post.com takes care of the sending of parcels to France and Europe from its website.

How does it work?

happy-post.com's operation is based on the pooling of the different skills and professions of its partners:

Mondial Relay ensures and facilitates the collection of parcels thanks to its network of Points Relais® which thus becomes a drop-off point for the sender.

Then, night transport services ensure the link between the different actors.

For the home delivery (link = delivery solutions) in France, happy-post.com works with the French Challenger of the home delivery Adrexo Colis, Press'tissimo being in charge of the distribution on the Paris area.

For the delivery in Point Relais®, it is again Mondial Relay which ensures the delivery to the addressee via its network of 4300 shops of proximity.

For the distribution on all Europe, it is IMX France which takes care of the link with the European post offices or, if necessary, the local private competitors if these last ones are more competitive.

IMX France and Press'tissimo, two alternative actors of La Poste, launch a new online postal operator.
happy-post.com is the first commercial website that allows individuals, e-merchants but also very small businesses to send parcels to France and Europe without having to go to a post office. Proposed by IMX France and

Press'tissimo, two alternative actors of the postal sector, the system is based on the mutualization of the various competences and trades of the partners of this project: Mondial Relay ensures and facilitates the assumption of responsibility of the parcels thanks to its network of Points Relais, which become places of deposit for the sender. Then, night transport services ensure the link between the different actors. For the home delivery in France, happy-post works with Adrexo Colis, Press'tissimo taking care of the distribution on the Paris area and IMX France ensuring the link with the European post offices or, if necessary, the local private competitors if they are more competitive.
