Send your parcels: what are the delivery times for your parcel shipments?
The delivery time of your parcels varies according to many criteria..
We can give you a non-exhaustive list of elements that can vary the delivery time such as: the destination of the parcel, the means of transport available at the date of dispatch of the parcel or the carrier chosen when you placed your order. Obviously we always do our best to respect the delivery times that we indicate at the time of your order. Nevertheless, incidents beyond our control may cause delays, such as: an error in the delivery address or exceptional bad weather...
Please also note that the days we indicate for delivery times are working days. This means that public holidays and weekends are not taken into account.
The timeframes we indicate below are estimated based on analyses of past events and therefore cannot be an accurate estimate.
We offer several types of collection that you can select when ordering. You can choose between 3 carriers: Colis Privé, Mondial Relay or Chronopost. These carriers are responsible for delivery from your home (or the drop-off point) to our parcel processing hub in Pantin. These carriers are not responsible for the delivery of your parcels from our parcel processing hub to the final destination.
It is therefore important to understand that the following times are the times from our processing hub to the final destination. Collection times are not included in the tables below.
Here is a range of collection times for each of the carriers we work with:
- Colis privé: 3-6 days
- Mondial Relay: 2-4 days
- Chronopost: 1-2 days
Drop off your parcels with tracking but no signature
This is generally our most economical way of sending your parcels, although it does take longer than an express solution. This shipping method is preferred by e-commerce and professionals because the signature provides proof of delivery. Nevertheless, it is slower than express delivery. Your parcels will be routed to our parcel processing platform, from where they will be checked and sent to their final destination.

Drop off your parcels with a Premium / Express home delivery offer
This alternative is our fastest but also our most expensive delivery solution. If your main motivation for sending parcels is speed, we therefore advise you to orient yourself towards this choice. As for the other solutions, Your parcels will be routed to our parcel processing platform, from where they will be checked and sent to their final destination.

What tips do you have for shipping your parcels?
We have given you our approximate lead times for your package shipments anywhere in the world. We also share some tips for successful deliveries:
- Well prepare your parcels well is essential. To avoid breakage and unhappy customers, there are a few things you should do: wrap your items well and individually, make sure your items are well packed and avoid empty spaces, close your box securely and avoid over-wrapping your parcel with gift paper. Do not hesitate to consult all tips to prepare your parcel.
- Don't forget the Proforma. If your parcel is heading to a country outside the EU or for the French overseas departments and territories, we will ask you to detail the contents. In addition to your label, you will have 3 copies of the Proforma invoice that must be added on your parcel (visible and secured). Without this, your Christmas parcel may be blocked by customs.
- Anticipate customs duties. Parcels heading to outside the EU or French overseas departments and territories are subject to customs duties and taxes. The importation of goods into a territory is regulated and subject to duties and taxes, even if it is a gift. In order to avoid any disappointment, don't hesitate to consult all our information on customs duties.
- Track your parcel easily. You have shipped your parcel, you can now track the delivery directly from Happy-Post. Go to our tracking page and enter the Happy-Post number of your parcel. This should start with 13.
- Beware of prohibited items. According to international regulations, several items are prohibited and therefore cannot be sent in parcels. We invite you to take note of the prohibited goods to avoid your Christmas parcels being blocked and returned.
